This Mom Found The Cure For Temper Tantrums, And You Won't Believe How

Find out how TikToker @jusssliv's viral video of running around her kitchen to calm her crying child's tantrum has inspired other parents to try gentle parenting techniques.

Parenting can be a challenging and rewarding experience. Still, one of the most difficult aspects for many parents is managing their child's tantrums. Temper tantrums are a common and regular part of child development, but that doesn't make them any easier to deal with for parents.

Fortunately, TikToker and 26-year-old mom @jusssliv has found an innovative and effective approach for managing tantrums that she shared in a viral video: the zoomies.

In the video, @jusssliv can be seen running around her kitchen as her child cries, but the child almost immediately starts smiling once she sees her mom running around her. She even jumps over her as she passes by, triggering lots of laughs and smiles from her daughter.

This approach, which is centered in gentle parenting, has proven to be highly effective for @jusssliv, as she states in the description that it "Works every time."

The video, which has amassed over 4.8 million likes and 15.3 million views, has inspired many users to either take up or stay with the approach of gentle parenting.

Commenters were almost in entire agreeance, praising Avila's approach to a situation that can prove to be highly stressful and sometimes never-ending.

"Great job momma. Phenomenal job honestly. Gentle parenting is the way to go. Give these babies what we didn't have," one user writes.

Others were quick to point out that not only is this good for her daughter, but it's also some great cardio!

One commenter writes, "Gentle parenting and exercise, seems like a win win."

Another humorously states, "me, tired after two laps: so we good or not?"

So if it seems you can't get control of your toddler's temper tantrums lately, perhaps try a few laps around the kitchen. Worst-case scenario, you will have gotten that heart rate up a bit and got some good cardio.
